Diane Pooler, DDS - Retirement Letter

Dear patients and friends,

It is with mixed emotions that I announce my retirement as of May 2022. I have worked at 66 San Pedro Rd for 10 years as a hygienist and 35 as a dentist, and caring for you, my patients, has been the most rewarding part of my 45-year career in dentistry. I have done my best to serve you well and thank you for your support and trust over the years. It is the people that I have worked with and for that has made my job so rewarding, and I will miss you all. I have come to know many of you as friends and I am honored to have cared for two and even three generations of some of your families.

My primary concern in transitioning to retirement is to ensure that my patients continue to receive great care in the years to come, which is why I am pleased to announce that my colleague at Belva Dental, Dr. Saba, will be taking over my practice. Many of you may have already had the opportunity to meet Dr. Saba, as we have shared office space, consulted one another on cases and covered each othe's emergencies. I have worked alongside Dr. Saba for 14 years and I am confident in her skills, experience, and concern for all of her patients. You will be in good hands under her care.

In my retirement I look forward to finally having the time to travel and spend more time with my friends and family. I am especially looking forward to welcoming my new granddaughter at the end of August! Nevertheless, I will still be around the office for the next couple of months and available for introductions, consultations, and goodbye hugs.

Your dental records are confidential and will remain on file with Belva Dental, so you do not need to take any action. I wish you good health and happiness in the future, and thank you again. It has truly been a pleasure.
Sincerely,
Diane Pooler, DDS
